We bought a house that came with a small coy pond and two fish. What to do ??? I called the fish store who gave me tips and sent me to find spring maintenance. I called AquaReale and made an appointments for its spring cleaning. But before that could happen we had a weird leak causing the water level to drop by a lot. Matt came back for an emergency check and got things working again. Eric arrived a couple of weeks later to empty the pond, clean, fixed all the rocks so they work much better and look fantastic, repositioned all the plants on ledges at correct heights, got my skimmer to function, answered all my novice's questions, was good natured through it all, gave my dogs the attention they requested, and got the fish back in their clean new domain unscathed and happy. Perfect ! Due to the past leak issue there is a little more hose work yet to do, but all is happy and well in the world of two small Shubunkins. Thanks Matt & Eric. I appreciate you to no end.

Our pond is quite large and diverse, and Aquareale came right in and "grabbed the bull by the horns" and I can honestly say the pond is looking better than ever before. Highly recommend Matt and his team, courteous effective and responsive.

Moved into a new home this summer and the Koi Pond looked like a disaster area. Aqua Reale came out and did what should have been the spring clean up and made the pond look wonderful. Since then they have been back out to do some additional things I requested. Finally they came out and leaf proofed my pond for the fall and prepped for final winter readiness. Their people are so professional and patient with KPI pond owners. We ask so many questions always get an experienced response and great help! If you have a Koi pond or landscape water feature you need to get Aqua Reale as your business partner!!!
Many times the best way to judge a business, is on how they handle a problem. About 10 months after my pond was installed i noticed the water level continuously decreasing. I contacted Matt and they fit me in and came out multiple times until they found the issue. They then came out and fixed the issue and rebuilt the stream, cleaned the pond out and tidied up the rest of the pond. Excellent service! Thxs Matt, Eric and Crew.

Our new home came with a 500 gallon koi/goldfish pond that we had no idea how to care for. Aquareale came highly recommended. In our initial contacts via phone and email, he helped get us operational (our filter died a month after move-in). Last week his team of Marc, Natalie and Blake did a "muck out" of the pond, saving all fish and frogs, and leaving the pond and it's landscaping looking 100 times better.
They are such a pleasure to work with. And everyone who comes to do work is also friendly and helpful. I love our new water feature that just is being completed today with the finishing touches.
I'm ready for a redo. Really love my pond. Wish it was bigger. Matt will have to work his MAGIC to see what we can come up with. Gave away the lawn mower. I recommend that go on your Bucket List. Great Company. Fine people.
Eric and Albert did an excellent job cleaning the pond, handling the fish and wildlife and finetuning the waterfall. They were extra careful in all the tight spots around my pond garden, and answered all the questions I asked. Well worth every cent paid to AquaReale compared to what my husband and I lived through the sludge all day long in years past.
