    Workmanship Guarantee

    5 Years

    All labor and installation work is guaranteed against defects for a full 5 years. If anything we installed fails due to workmanship, we fix it at no cost.

    Liner Warranty

    Lifetime*

    EPDM and RPE pond liners carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty against material defects. We use only professional-grade 45-mil EPDM liners.

    Pumps & Equipment

    2–5 Years

    All pumps, filters, UV clarifiers, and lighting carry full manufacturer warranties (2–5 years depending on brand). We handle all warranty claims on your behalf.

    Plumbing & Connections

    5 Years

    All plumbing, fittings, check valves, and connections are warranted against leaks and failures for 5 years.

    Hardscaping & Stonework

    10 Years

    Natural stone installations, retaining walls, and hardscape features are guaranteed against settling, shifting, or structural issues for 10 years.

    Ecosystem Health

    90 Days

    For new ecosystem ponds, we guarantee water clarity and biological balance for 90 days post-installation, with complimentary follow-up visits.

    Repairs & Leak Work

    1 Year

    Repair and leak work is warrantied for one year, including work on ponds we did not build. New liners carry their manufacturer warranty.

    *Lifetime liner warranty is the manufacturer's warranty against material defects under normal use conditions.

    Yes. Repairs and leak repairs are warrantied for one year, including work on ponds built by another contractor. New liners carry manufacturer warranties.

    Yes. Our workmanship warranty transfers to the new homeowner for the remainder of the original term. We simply need written notification of the property transfer. This adds value when selling your home.

    Normal wear and tear, damage from severe weather events (flooding, fallen trees), modifications made by other contractors, fish health issues not related to water quality, and damage resulting from owner neglect (e.g., running pumps without water). Our maintenance packages help prevent most of these issues.

    No. Your warranty is valid regardless of whether you have a maintenance plan. However, we strongly recommend professional maintenance — a well-maintained pond rarely needs warranty work, and our maintenance clients save significantly on repairs over time.
