Pond Builder & Water Feature Services in Cherry Hill, NJ

Cherry Hill is one of the largest and most-developed suburban markets in South Jersey, and its mix of established mid-century neighborhoods, larger newer developments, and townhouse communities gives AquaReale a broad canvas. We have built water features across Cherry Hill for well over a decade, and it is one of our most consistent New Jersey service areas along with Haddonfield and Moorestown.

The dominant Cherry Hill project type is the naturalistic ecosystem pond with an integrated waterfall. Cherry Hill lots typically run a third to a half-acre in the older neighborhoods along Cooper River and Kings Highway, and that footprint is genuinely well-suited to a 12-to-16-foot koi pond with a 10-to-20-foot stream feature. The Cooper River watershed cuts through much of the township, and while most residential ponds sit well outside any regulated buffer, we always check the current township ordinance before we finalize a design.

For clients in the newer developments or in Cherry Hill's townhouse and condo neighborhoods, we most often install disappearing waterfalls and pouring-urn fountains. Cherry Hill Township enforces its own zoning and grading ordinance. Most residential ponds fall well under state DEP thresholds, but we always pull the current township rules for setbacks and impervious coverage as part of design.
